General terms and conditions
Placing orders
The prices on this website are listed in EURO and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include freight and packing, 21% VAT or import duties where applicable.
To process an order the following information is required:
- a purchase order number
- name of the institute or company
- name of the contact person
- full address details
- delivery address (if different from invoice address)
- telephone number
- email address (for order confirmation)
- VAT number
LabNed.com's products and services are only available to legal persons. The person placing an order on behalf of the legal person mentioned on the order form is deemed to be authorized to do so.
If the institute or company is located outside The Netherlands, but within the European Union, no VAT will be charged when a valid VAT number is provided on the order.
Each order is confirmed by email.
All orders are subject to availability. LabNed reserves the right not to accept a purchase order. If, for whatever reason, LabNed is not able to deliver a product offered, LabNed will inform the Customer. In such a case any advance payment will be refunded.
Order cancellations are accepted up to 14.00 hours (CET) on the day the order was placed.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is Ideal or with credit card through Paypal.
Customers located in The BeNeLux and some other European countries (f.e. Germany) are allowed to pay after receipt of the invoice. All invoices must be paid within 30 days from date of issue. All bank charges are for the customer's account. Past due invoices will automatically be increased by a finance charge of 1.5% per month with a minimum of EUR 40,00.
The products supplied shall remain LabNed's property until they have been paid for in full.
Delivery
All orders are shipped by courier, freight prepaid and added to the invoice.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the applicability of national or regional legislation or regulation prior to ordering. LabNed cannot be held responsible for any regulatory enforcement or otherwise. Any issues with customs or other official authorities must be resolved by the customer, regardless of the shipping account or shipping method.
Upon receipt of the shipment the customer should immediately inspect the packaging and the product(s). Any damage, shortage or defect should be reported to LabNed.com immediately. If nothing is reported within 24 hours of delivery then the product(s) will be regarded as having reached the customer in good condition, complete and without damage.
Warranty and Product returns
All the products offered on this website are intended for RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or in vivo studies. All products are offered without a performance warranty, express or implied. If a product does not perform as described in the specifications on the data sheet, please contact our Technical Support.
Any product returns, for whatever reason, must be authorized by LabNed.com prior to shipment.
LabNed shall not be liable (under contract, by negligence or any other way) for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or damage for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by the customer or any third party, arising from or in connection with the products offered on our website, the use of the website or any content provided on or through the website.
General
LabNed.com is a registered trade name of PLE B.V., a company duly registered under Dutch Law. All transactions are governed by the law of The Netherlands.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in this LabNed.com webshop and to orders sent to LabNed.com by email or normal mail. LabNed.com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by posting a revised version on this website. These Terms and Conditions have precedence over the customer's Purchasing Terms and Conditions.
